My Story…
Walking the Thumbs 👍 Up 5K with our dogs 🐕 in honor of my wife, Amy, who we lost to suicide. Amy walked this event for years in memory of her sister, Marny. Now we walk for them both, and to shine a light on the importance of brain health in the fight against mental health struggles.
My goal is to raise $5,000 to bring hope, awareness, and support.

Will you help me raise funds for Thumbs Up? The mission of Thumbs Up is to raise awareness for mental health and provide support and resources to all. All funds donated go directly into their programming which serves communities in Central Minnesota.
