My Story…
Team MentALLY awesome are here to remembers friends and neighbors who died of suicide. We are here to support each other and to break the stigma surrounding mental health. I (Allison) struggle with depression and anxiety, and my favorite saying is "it's ok to not be ok". I personally have utilized some thumbs up services to help me get into therapy! I also volunteer weekend at the thumbs up after school program in Rogers. Funds raised will contribute to those programs! Please join my team in person or virtually!
